Emily Blake is the passionate and dedicated owner of The Lovely Artistry Collective (previously known as brides by blake), a business she established in 2011. Over the years, she has nurtured her company and built a strong team around her, which has allowed it to flourish. In addition to her success in the bridal industry, Emily is also the owner of Lovely Skin, a sister co to TLAC. She manages to balance her roles as a businesswoman, mother, and educator by the commitment and drive to impact women's lives in a positive way. Sherri and her family moved to Ohio from Washington State in 2023. She started her wedding hair career in 2015 and is starting her 9th year of weddings! She feels so lucky to get to share in on one of the biggest days of a woman's life, and often finds herself wiping back tears at all of the special moments on a brides' big day. She loves love, compassion, empathy, and the opportunity to connect with others. When she's not working, you can find her, her husband and their three kids somewhere out spending time in nature.

After having my daughter I started to feel like I wasn’t myself. I wanted to feel good again, I wanted to look good again. So I started to play with makeup. I would stay up late and watch YouTube videos. I used to practice on anyone who would let me. That transpired into wanting to make other people feel & look good. I knew if I had felt this way, then I was sure there were others who felt the same way. Makeup became a creative outlet that also allowed me to see my clients look at themselves in a different light.
