Working for The Lovely Artistry Collective has not only encouraged me to pursue my passion for makeup away from my full time job, but it gives me the flexibility and extra income to be able to make ends meet as a single mom! I appreciate that the leadership team handles all the backend work and communicates to us so efficiently! I get to just show up and take care of the bridal party! I love that Emily looks out for our best interests, she is always looking for ways to elevate TLB and provide resources to develop the skills and talents of her team! She doesn’t believe in settling but her aim is to make TLB the best luxury collective. I am a sucker for being the best! And now working for the best! I just absolutely love working here!
